Join us as an Exhibitor

Exhibitors are any non-selling participant whose intent and purpose is to highlight their actions being taken to promote conservation, sustainability and innovation in Central Arkansas. This is to include any organization, municipality, educator, business or individual. Exhibits that are interactive in nature and promote attendee participation are best received at our event. Information handouts and giveaways are to be healthy, environmentally friendly and limited to avoid excess waste. Balloons are prohibited. Criteria must be met in accordance with Conway EcoFest guidelines. All exhibitors are to sign a "Release to Hold Conway EcoFest Harmless" in order to participate.
